« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »

« They charged me a $100 deposit in cash, and at checkout they didn’t return anything. Also, the receptionist was asleep during checkout »

« Clean, quiet, easy access to restaurants. Our mattress in our room was HORRIBLE!!!!!! We told them we were leaving & they could go in & replace it, but they said because our quiet sign was on the door they didn’t go in. They said it would be replaced after we left. »

« My room was not cleaned well. There was a lot of hair in the shower, the bed sheets had a big huge yellow stain (looked like pee), there was a crack in the window which didn’t allow the room to cool well, and it just didn’t feel comfortable whatsoever. I won’t book again sorry. And plus there was police outside arresting someone not once but twice. »
