« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »

« Clean room but the toilet started to leak water all over, thankfully it was the last night. Staff was okay but not very kind. Breakfast was okay. Parking was great. »

« The only thing we liked was the location. No hair dryer had to ask for clean towels and sheets/towels were not changed daily. We stayed 4 days and the sheets were not changed until the third day. We think that sheets had been from previous customers because when sheets changed on third day, they felt crisp compared to the sheets on first day kind of damp cool. Will not stay there next time if there is a next time. »

« I was very disappointed with my stay. The pictures online are extremely misleading and do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. When we arrived, the exterior looked rough, with boarded and cracked windows visible from the outside. There was even yellow caution tape around some of the grassy areas near the entrance, which immediately gave a poor first impression. As soon as we walked into the lobby, there was an overwhelming smell of Fabuloso or another strong cleaner that...
