« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »

« The hotel is a bit dated, but is clean and the staff very helpful. The check in went smoothly and the manager at the front desk was very professional. The breakfast was great and the young man working in that area was so friendly and polite. The parking lot had plenty of spaces. It was a great place to stay as we passed through the area. »

« Staff was nice, however housekeeping never came once to clean our room. We did not have the do not disturb hanging either. Other than that, no issues. »

« The room had some grim in the kitchen and wear and tear on the furniture. The pull out sofa was terrible thin mattress and springs that dug into my back. The staff was friendly however due to the pool being down and being told from day one it was going to be fixed tomorrow and than on day 5 being told well we dont know when it will be repaired by the manager I felt misled. « I tried to do early check in but no rooms were available. I left and came back to check in around 2:30. The ice machine and men’s restroom were unavailable. Also my room door didn’t close all the way so I slid the table in front of it. Since no other rooms were available. Staff were really nice. »

« Room was dirty and it smelled moldy. Floors were sticky it needed to be swept. food all under the table. Found 2 roaches in the room. Inside the bathroom floors water was coming out from underneath when you would step on the floor. »
