« I stayed at this cottage at the end of May 2025 with my spouse, parents, and dog. It was a great vacation! The cottage had ample parking (3 spaces available), and all the basics needed. The cottage is 5 minute walk from the beach, and just be mindful that you have to take a staircase over the dunes in order to actually access the beach, so if you bring a lot of umbrellas and chairs and things you'll probably need to make a couple trips. « This was the first time we have visited Nags Head and had the best time! The home was perfect for us and our old pup! The house was well stocked, clean and very cozy. We look forward to booking our next trip and stay here this Fall. The manager was great at communicating with me and gave some great tidbits on the area. Thank you so much for providing such a great experience for our family! »

« This is my second stay at this property. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy the great location, intimate setting, and proximity to the Manteo waterfront. It's a quick hop over the bridge to the beach. By far, Gia is the best property owner and communicator, going way above and beyond any expectations. She is not intrusive, but sincerely dedicated to making sure every aspect of your stay is 5 stars. We love this property, and are already talking about when we can go back! »

« Everything was great - location was two blocks from the beach. Nicely decorated, lots of very new appliances, fixtures, and furnishings. Loved the beds - foam mattresses just the right firmness. Very clean which I appreciated (I’m the AO one in the family). Even had a single serve kuerig and some kcups! Really enjoyed the beach bikes and game room. Super easy to communicate with the property owner/manager. Would have rented this again for the following weekend but was booked. Highly recommend...

« The house is well maintained and in a great spot in Kill Devil Hills. It was a quick walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery store options nearby. Highly recommend for small groups or family vacation. Property manager is friendly and communicative as well. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite a Tropical Storm rolling through. There were great views of the ocean from the house and everything was easily accessible. The beds were super comfy too! Would so rent again! »

« My family of 5 traveled at the end of June. We found the property to be exactly as described and loved the fact that it was in a quiet neighborhood. The check-in process started to feel tough when the door code wouldn’t work but Natalie was immediate with her response and solution. She’s a top notch, quick communicator. The house was close to everything, had very comfortable mattresses on all beds, and we absolutely loved the hot tub. We would definitely return! »

« Overall, it’s a great location, literally across the street from the beach, and it’s nice for a long weekend. The house itself is older and there’s no outdoor light to sit out on the porch, which was disappointing because it was hard to see out there at night. Secondly, there were lots of thorns from bushes on the rugs and dust when we arrived, which we took care of. »

« Location location location! We rented this place last minute with 2 dogs in tow. The proximity to the beach is less than a block with a public access at the end of the street. The house is older and amenities basic, but for us it was just right. »

"Our unit was very clean. The unit was well furnished, excellent amenities. Outdoor needs renos. There are stairs, you may need to carry your luggage upstairs. The area is mostly quiet, but... Suites have a communicating door that let the sounds (voices and tv) go through easily. Maintenance starts making noise before 8AM every morning and nobody seems to care; I've talk to people at the desk and the answer I got meant "it is what it is, it won't change, we don't care" "

"We had a room with kitchen and with balcony with beach view. Room was brand new. All renovated and kitchen equipment all new. Everything very clean. Appreciated the beach right aside and the fact that it was not too crowdy. Personnel very kind and professional."
