Welcome to *Birdhouse*, a classic, cozy, beach-box cottage ideally located close to the beach with restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and local favorites all within easy walking or biking distance. The beach access is a 3 minute walk.

Comfortable living area with a 65" smart TV with YouTube TV streaming access (including the NFL package), or feel free to log into your own streaming services. The updated, well-equipped kitchen is perfect for relaxed nights at home. Enjoy meals together at the dining table (seats 6) with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

Sliding glass doors open to a spacious deck—an ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening drink after a day at the beach. On the front deck, there is a dining table with 6 chairs along with a hammock swing and 2 rocking chairs.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT | 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths

This classic beach box cottage offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms:

* **Primary bedroom** with a king bed, wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite bathroom with shower stall.
* **Second bedroom** with a queen bed and direct access to a small private deck
* **Third bedroom** with twin-over-full bunk beds and a wall-mounted TV
* **Hall bathroom** with tub/shower combo
