« The studio immediately had a comfortable and home like feel. To be able to wind down and relax. The host was very responsive if you had any questions. Loved the location with so much to do in walking distance. Loved the history aspect of Roanoke. Also the island had a laid back atmosphere. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. »

« There are so many things to say about Phyllis and her adorable cottage. I’ll start with how friendly she is…while being respectful of her guest’s privacy. She makes certain you have everything you need…and more. You can expect the most delicious, elegant pastries waiting for your arrival. The towels are huge, soft, and plentiful. The bed is comfortable. The fridge is full of a variety of cold drinks. And we were there for 2 weeks so the washer/dryer, dishwasher, and stove were extremely helpful....
