If the washing machine tube jumped out of the drain and all the dirty water was scattered around the floor when you were having dinner out it is not our fault, we came Monday morning to see what happened with the washing machine and it worked perfectly, only the tube is out. The other topics are there all solved. The amount of 50€ is for to clean the house every time one guess leave the house, and I paid it to our company. To apologize and compensate for the inconveniences we let you stay in the house one hour more and let your car at the parking for 4 hours until you left the village.
