« They knock at the door at 11 sharp. I said I needed a little more time as I was sick at washroom. They rang the phone, knock at the door every 3-4 minutes (llouder and louder) until I left at 11h40. The front desk guy, Non-stop! When I left, the room maid was simply doing another room. I never saw this in other hotel, front desk man becoming litterally crazy at 11 sharp for checkout time! »

« I cannot say enough, good things about this host and house! We stayed in this beautiful, huge, seasonally decorated, comfortable house for a long weekend in order to take our Polar Express train ride in Palestine, Texas. Our host was extremely gracious and attentive and kind. There were seven adults,1 teenager, and 4 young children in our group. We were all incredibly comfortable and happy. « Charming cottage. Perfect location near Palestine train depot. Very clean & well stocked. Management was friendly & quick to reply. Our grandson loved feeding the catfish in the pond & watching them. Spotted deer in the mornings . Would stay here again. »
