« All staff and accommodations were excellent, including guest services like the pool, laundry, and exercise facility. Breakfast was great. I really love Home to suites because of the living kitchen and seating areas. I was there for a week and didn’t feel claustrophobic like a regular hotel can sometimes feel. »

New room was in similar disrepair, stains everywhere, one drawer was stuck open. I put the drawer back on its tracks and found a pile of mold beneath the drawer when fixing it. « My biggest takeaway from my stay was two things. The first thing that I noticed was no one asked me for my Hilton's rewards number. I am a member and I love staying at Hilton, but after my check and I realized that I wasn't asked was I a member. Unfortunately I did not receive any of the perks that Hilton rewards members get for my stay. The next day I went to front desk to tell them that I was rewards member when the staff just said, oh okay, and that was the end of the conversation about that....
