« The moment we checked in, there was a strong moldy smell throughout the property and our room. The room itself was dirty and did not feel clean or well-maintained. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool, only to find out after arriving that it was out of service. There was no notification before check-in, which is completely unacceptable. « The spread and sheets had holes in them. The towels were terrible. Several lights in the room didn’t work, the walls in the bathroom were nasty and the couch had stains and holes. I pray we didn’t get bed bugs. On Fridaynight the people below us starting cussing and fighting at 3:00 am to 6:00 am they started throwing things. Not a good experience! »
