« Black/rusty water flowed briefly into the tub upon opening, hot water faucet leaked into the tub and sink did not drain but very slowly. Hover, the room was spacious and quiet. The A/C was very effective and the bed and pillows very comfortable »

« Breakfast was a major letdown, everything including coffee wasn’t being restocked in a timely manner. Guests had to repeatedly knock the kitchen door for food items, even then they didn’t materialize. The room walls had stains on them and elevators had a bad odor. They charged 3 star prices for what wouldn’t even pass for a 1-2 star experience. I think being next to freeway allows them to get away with it. This experience has turned me off this hotel chain. »
