Escape to "Serenity", a beautiful south-facing home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Located on Compass Park, leisurely sit on the porch and watch the kids play out front. This is a very kid friendly home with toys, books and board games. Enjoy the X-Box 360 Kinect gaming system with games in the upstairs media room. Entertainment also includes two 40" flat screen TVs, high-speed wireless internet, DVD players and several DVD movies.
Serenity`s kitchen is appointed with beautiful stainless appliances including a gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water dispenser. Come to the beach worry-free by not needing to bring any kitchen utensils, cookware, or appliances with you. The home comes complete with coffee pot, toaster, crock pot, plates/cups/bowls, wine/martini/juice glasses, serving platters, and pots/pans.

Serenity is decorated with serene blues, greens, and sand colors to remind you of the beach. On a cold day, flip on the switch to relax by the gas fireplace or on a warmer day bask in the south facing sun on the upper deck off the master bedroom.

Serenity comfortably sleeps up to 10 people with 3 queen beds and a bunk room with 4 twin beds. The home is accessibility features with a built-in ramp to the back door, 3 foot doorways, one of the queen bedrooms and full bath downstairs. The downstairs bathroom has a wheel-in shower, comfort height toilet, and wall-mounted sink.
