• Gatherings, parties or noisy events are strictly prohibited. Guests must respect quiet hours (from 10pm to 8am).
• The number of occupants is limited to the number indicated at the time of booking. Undeclared visitors are not allowed.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Designated areas outside are available.
• Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. A charge will be applied in the event of damage.
• Any damage must be reported immediately to the host.
• Guests must lock doors and windows when leaving the villa to ensure safety.
• Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area.
• Barbecues are permitted only in designated areas.
• All guests must provide valid identification upon arrival, and must complete an information sheet available to local authorities and sign the house rules.
• Any incident or emergency must be reported immediately to the host.
• Security cameras are installed outside the property.
• Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the villa.

- Your welcome in the accommodation with key exchange is to be scheduled together between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. In order to respect the stay and the tranquility of the group of guests before you, and to give our team of cleaners time to clean and prepare the space for your group, you cannot enter the listing earlier.

- Your departure from the accommodation is scheduled at 11:00 am on the day of your departure. In order to respect the stay and the tranquility of the group of guests after you, and to give our team of cleaners time to clean the space after you check out, you cannot check out later.

- In order to offer you the best experience possible, thank you for being aware that logistics is important to accommodate you in the best conditions. Please let us know as soon as your reservation is confirmed your arrival and departure times in order to plan your check-in and check-out together.

- The property must be kept in good condition for the duration of your stay. If needed, we provide our team of housekeepers (paid service).
