The Teddy House is a converted detached barn, once used for storing potatoes has been transformed into high quality holiday accommodation on Roundball farm which has been in the same family for four generations and is still a working farm with Hereford cows. The owners, Ian & Kathryn live next door in the farmhouse and are always on hand to give advice and help. Guests are welcome to walk around the farm and see the cows, calves, chickens, ducks and goats. The Teddy House is located along a quiet country lane just off the centre of Wiggaton which is a hamlet in between Sidmouth and Ottery St Mary. Ideal for exploring this part of Devon with many local walks from the property, including the Colleridge link and the nearby East Devon Way. . The accommodation is beautifully furnished with high quality kitchen and bathroom fittings. A tea time treat awaits your arrival. This property is next door to Ref 423 Guernsey Cottage.

Outside there is a pretty sitting area and garden with a brook running through. Guests are welcome to explore the farmland surrounding the property.

DIRECTIONS: From the A3052 Exeter to Lyme Regis coast road, proceed for approximately 10 miles going through Newton Poppleford, until you see a left hand turning at the Bowd Inn for Ottery St Mary and Tipton St John. Proceed along this road for approximately 5 miles until you reach Wiggaton. Where the bends are in the road turn right signed for Arc Pottery follow the lane along for about half a mile and you will see Roundball Farm on your left. There is plenty of parking either side of the property.
THE KEY: The key will be left in the door to the kitchen on the side of the property where the stream runs by. Please leave in door on departure.
WIFI: TalkTalk and the password: roundball1
LINEN: Bed linen and towels are included. For holidays of two weeks or more fresh linen can be provided. Please let us know before the start of your holiday if this is required. We ask you to strip the beds you are using and leave the linen by the front door, the clean linen will be delivered for you on the change over day.
THIRD BEDROOM: The bed will be made up as a super king unless you request for two single beds prior to arrival.
CLEANING: On departure, please ensure the property is left clean and tidy as found. In the unlikely event that we are notified by the owner or caretaker that a property has not been left in a satisfactory condition, please be aware that an extra charge will be made as set out in our Terms and Conditions. BREAKAGES: Please report any breakages or repairs needed before the end of the holiday.
WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR REFUSE/RECYCLING: East Devon Council has now implemented a stringent recycling regime. There are instructions left for you inside the property on how to deal with your refuse. If you have any queries please contact our offices during your stay. Unfortunately we will have to pass on any extra charges incurred by the council if their instructions are not adhered to. We very much hope all the visitors will help with keeping Devon Green.
