Security Deposit: $500 collected two days prior to arrival; refunded within seven days after checkout if no damage beyond normal wear is reported.

Guests enjoy access to the entire villa plus all Bahama Bay Resort amenities. Check-in is contactless via the resort’s front desk; detailed instructions provided before arrival.
