• Private Spa is part of the same heating system as the pool (not a hot tub).
• Takes 8–12 hours to heat; heater may shut off in cold temps to protect the system
• No refunds for weather-related issues
⚠️Just so you know, pool maintenance is regularly scheduled for TuesdayHowever, this may occasionally change without prior notice depending on weather conditions or service availability. The pool team will access only the outdoor area.

🔔Please note that certain items or services (such as BBQ grill, pool heating, or equipment rentals) are optional and subject to availability.
These are not standard amenities of the home and must be requested in advance.

🐾 Pet Policy
• Pet-friendly with prior approval required
• $95/pet per stay (max 3 pets up to 35 lbs) - Even if a pet is listed in your Airbnb booking, the pet fee isn’t included and must be paid separately, as noted in our listing and house rules.
• Pets not allowed on beds or furniture – bring your own bedding if needed
• Unauthorized pets will have a $250 fine

- Safety & Security:

The home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire extinguisher.
A child safety fence is installed around the pool area.
For your security, there are exterior security cameras on the property. These do not have views of any interior spaces.
