Step inside to find a large, open living room with a stone fireplace, a big-screen TV, and a wall-mounted sound system. The kitchen has a central island, granite countertops, and modern appliances. The dining room table seats eight, all with views of the yard and the forest. After dinner, retreat to the game room with its pool table, Ping-Pong table, air hockey, and basketball hoop game.

The upstairs deck overlooks the backyard and the forest, offering a gas grill and a heater to keep you comfortable. The backyard has a lawn and a picnic table.

Beautiful Bass Lake is a wonderful spot for boating, skiing, fishing, hiking, and bicycling. You'll be close to the Pines Village at the lake, with its restaurants, general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, offering shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a live stage theater of its own. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away and the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park is only 15 miles away.

THINGS TO KNOW
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent annually during the fall and winter. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
