Very nice comfortable beds , all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of variety and it was very good , they even had bacon one morning 90% of the hotels we have stayed never have bacon.

Nice hotel close to Airport, Reston/Ashburn Area

Les - : Breakfast was exactly same everyday, some variation would make it more attractive.
Space is compact with full range kitchen. We stayed there for over 10 days and liked the housekeeping services. They'll provide almost full service everyday. We would certainly stay next time too. Only minor complaint was for noise of heat/AC unit and they responded immediately but issues keep reoccurring for 2 days before finally fixed. We even faced the historic storm but things were handled well.

All the Comforts of Home

I enjoyed an excellent stay in a very comfortable room with all the amenities of home. The front desk staff & housekeeping staff were great! The only downside was the slightly cramped bathroom with narrow bathtub and insufficient space around the toilet.

unpleasant cooking odor

checked in late night. loud "blower" left on in the room with windows wide open. Called front desk and manager came to collect what he called an ozone machine to freshen air in the room becuase of cooking odor. When we returned to the room after being away all day, it smelled pretty bad but it was again very late and we were wanting to sleep to ask for the air treatment. On the 2nd morning I mentioned the problem to the front desk attendant and asked to have the ozone treatment again. When we returned that evening it seemed to have helped some but only as long as the air was on. Difficult to do when it's chilly at night. But the next day the odor was back. I mentioned that I was not happy about our stay upon checkou. I felt we should have been moved to a different room when the odor wasn't resolved the first time..

Good stay /bad food

Room was clean, service was good. The corridor was outdated and a little musty but the room itself was updated. Beds were comfortable. The only real complaint was the breakfast was not good at all. Ended up throwing away the food and just had juice

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly / helpful. This was one of the best hotel stays that I have ever had. I was there for almost 3 weeks. Everything was great and very comfortable.

Super nice staff, not really close to anything but u can take the shutter to the airport and take the silverline for 5$ to the train station.

There was nothing spectacular about the stay here. Room and kitchenette a bit small for a Marriott affiliate. The staff seemed to get a little irritated if you asked them too many questions or asked them to do too much... Didn't know how to direct us to local food establishments, thank God for GPS navigation! One person that really changed our minds was Gustavo... He was soooooo helpful! He even changed our flat tire! Now that's world class service! He should be hired to teach the other staff members on service. He was great!

Les + : Cuisinette complète et fonctionnelle, patio extérieur neuf
Les - : Peut-être l'installation une piscine (il fait particulièrement chaud l'été), problème de facturation au check-out
Situation : Un peu loin de Washington et de la station de métro (Vienna Station) mais près de l'aéroport
Nous avons passé un séjour agréable, la chambre est agréable, le déjeuner est bien.
