The space
Avista Resort is an award winning resort that offers multiple outdoor pools, hot tubs, kiddie pool, lazy river. Indoor pool also has a lazy river and hot tub. There's a private beach for Avista Guests only. There are on-site restaurants and bars, gift shop, private multi-level parking garage across the street with shuttle rides; there's also a fitness center.

If you decide to venture out, there are amusement parks, golf courses, mini golf, Pirates Voyage, Carolina Opry, Tanger Outlet, Alligator Adventure, Restaurant Row, Broadway at the Beach, Beach Boardwalk (home of the famous Ferris Wheel).
There's a Casino Boat up the road, and even if you don't gamble, worth the trip! There's a bar with table, chairs, lounges, on the top deck offering fabulous views of the area, wildlife, and the ocean!

There's also kayaking, tubing, and Tiki Bar rental up the road.

We provide beach chairs, umbrella and soft-sided cooler for your use, as well as beach towels.

Our unit has its own washer and dryer, a well-stocked kitchen with coffee pot, keureg, starting coffee pods, toaster, blender, instant pot, spices and condiments.

During June, July and August our rentals are for 7 days only, Saturday to Saturday; off season is 3 day minimum; check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am.

There is no daily maid service or towel exchange. This is a private rental. You do get your key at the lobby front desk and you can enjoy all the resort's amenities

Please note: We are in the NORTH tower. You must drive into the North Tower parking garage, which is on the ground floor; after you've parked, go to the first floor to check in to get your key, then unload your luggage onto the luggage cart (there are many helpers), go to the 16th floor, 1614. Once settled, go back to the parking garage to move your car to the multi-level parking garage across the street. There is a complimentary shuttle service.
FYI: If you have a handicap sticker, you can park for free in any public metered spot in MB.
There is also public parking next to the building and across the street.
Remember to put NORTH Myrtle Beach in your GPS when driving to Avista and remember NORTH Tower!
