« Booked this last minute and was pleased with the choice. Front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. Check in was smooth. Lobby area well appointed - have a couple of unique features including an "oxygen bar" to help with the altitude (at a very reasonable price) and a very cool water/beverage station (for free) as well. Nice food & beverage options along with a game room with a pool table, etc. The resort is located "lakeside" - you walk out back and it's lovely. We enjoyed a good meal...

« This is a remarkable place in Frisco. This isn’t just ‘mountain town’ chic, this is literally high class luxury in Frisco. The decor is old world opulence and, from a visitor’s point of view, this spa / hotel has everything you need- as well as everything you never knew you needed. The aromatherapy room, the billiard room, the parlour, aperitivo hour, the impeccable service, the cleanliness of the well appointed rooms, dual hot tubs… I could go on and on. « They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day! So why would you let me make a reservation of there is no way to get into the room? »
