The location was close to everything and short distance to the resort. I love that the trail is right there and so is Safeway. We stayed the year before in Winter Park but it was dark and not as spacious. This was bright and cheery! Thanks! »

« This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

« The place was newer, clean and well organized. The location is great for activities in the area. We didn't use it during our stay but the kitchen was nicely setup with everything you would need if you wanted to cook in. It didn't bother us during our stay but it is near a railroad crossing and you'll here trains when they come through. We would stay here again if we visited the area. »

« The check in/out process was great and easy. It's easy to communicate with the property management. You just got to stop get your keys before you get to the condo and re-confirm the address otherwise you may not find it. The property needs a few fixes, chairs are broken, mold on the bathroom ceiling, rotten shower curtain rod, broken coaster holders etc Bed covers have stains, pillows are not the most comfortable and the mattress, well it works for 1 night.
