« Great location, very clean property. There was construction nearby that was noisy, but only overlapped 1 day of our stay. Lovely to sit on deck and listen to river, and trails literally out the back door.Note, there are a full flight of stairs to get in - if you have knee issues, not a good choice. »

« Clean and quiet condo at close to the Beaver Run lift at Peak 9. The short walk to Main Street Breckenridge was nice at all times of the day. Great spot for a summer getaway or for skiers and snowboarders during the winter season. »
