« The room was as basic as it gets. There was no in-room coffee or tea. Coffee was served out of a big cylindrical coffee maker in the lobby. No morning breakfast. The website said they had memory foam mattresses but my room was a spring mattress…..and this is really weird, the spring bed mattress was turned upside down so that you would be laying on the unpadded bottom. « The hotel was absolutely stunning! We stayed in room 512 and it was immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable. And the breakfast was hot and delicious. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and made local dining recommendations. We landed on Windy City Pizza! So delicious!! The front desk clerk even upgraded our room. The views around the property you’re absolutely stunning. »
