« Hotel extrêmement bien situé, au cœur de Vail, installations et restauration de qualité mais malheureusement le service n est franchement pas au niveau que ce soit au niveau du personnel de réception ou du restaurant. Vu le prix élevé de la nuitée ce n est pas acceptable. »

In-room fireplace, breakfast, spa, use of Hyatt pool and facilities, staff all contributed to the unique experience. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Very walkable/bikeable community. Beautiful homes and unique stone chapel are in the resort. Ice rink at the base of world class ski runs add to the ambiance. »

Monte charge pour les chambres du deuxième étage mais escalier nécessaire pour les chambres au troisième. Stationnement extérieur. Emplacement d’exception pour accès à la ville. »
