Although not in downtown central Carmel, the area was safe with a few good restaurants and a food store within walking distance. Gym and pool looked inviting--not used this visit as they were pretty crowded with teen athletes staying in area for competitions. Staff handled all smoothly. »

« We had an issue with our room that required we switch rooms in the middle of the night. I was told a manager would speak to me in the morning and “make it right”.
