« Very clean rooms; need to fix the giant holes in the parking lot. »

« Everything was great. the only thing needing improvement was the yard and parking lot. There was a lot of trash on the yard around the building and the containers outside were running over. That was not just one day but the entire 5 days we were there. I suggest you to have someone check the exterior at least 3 times a day and empty the containers. I noticed that travelers were cleaning out their cars in the front driveway. Its a shame when such a nice place and the trash around the front...

« The lobby is in rough shape, looks like repairs being made. The room was very clean and all I needed for my 2 night stay. »

« Pool was clean . The breakfast was on point. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The only complaint I have was,the bathtub was slick when showering. The microwave was rusting on the inside. The mini fridge was iced over,and the TV didn't work the first night of my stay . Other than those things . It was a good location with lots of restaurants and stores that were in walking distance »

« The staff gave our room key to someone else in the middle of the night. If we wouldn't have locked the top latch, they would have walked right in while we were sleeping! Then staffed called to ask us who WE were in the room they put us in. Completely unacceptable & scary. Our grandson was terrified the rest of the stay. »

« L’hôtel est très propre et silencieux. Le personnel a l’accueil est avenant et efficace. On n'entend pas les bruits de la rue. Excellent hôtel pour un stop over. »

« Chambre sale, pas de petit dej et même pas un café. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre immédiatement. Le responsable est venu et m’a proposé directement celle d’à côté. Celle ci n’ayant pas de poils/cheveux dans la baignoire, nous sommes restés. Pour une nuit ok, mais vraiment pas plus. »

« Tapis et chaises tachés nécessitant leur remplacement. Le petit déjeuner était inclus mais il n’y avait que du thé ou café. Selon l’employée, tout avait déjà été consommé mais l’hôtel était presque vide (pas de voiture dans le stationnement) et il était 7h15 am. »

« I liked the roll over shower. I did not like that it leaked onto bathroom floor in spite of seeing calk to prevent that. I was in the room all day working at computer but the dark out electronic blinds did not work. I called in for repair first day and no one came until 2 pm. They were put on a recharge for 2 hours. I had daylight at 4 pm. Put down at 8. Next morning they would not go up. Again. Same scenario as day before. Called in at 9 am. Asked status at 2. Had daylight 3:30. Worked in...

« 100% would stay again! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. We had lots of fun at the pool. Absolutely no complaints! »

« The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on. »

« This hotel was beyond amazing! Front desk staffers Michelle and Arman were the nicest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever met! They were polite, helpful, and always smiling! They were super nice to my little guy who is a definite handful! The rooms were great and we had a Deluxe Queen and the extra space in the room was amazing!! Would definitely stay here again if in the area! Tell Michelle and Arman we said amazing job! »

« Well I didn't like that it took five times to get into a room the second second room it only took three times the first room it took two times and we still didn't get in the TV didn't work well the TV worked the remote didn't work I had to change the channels on the box it's not a very sound proof facility you can hear everything so if you want privacy you definitely don't want to go there »

« AC unit in the room was very dirty and cover was falling off. Room had a very musty smell. At breakfast food was not being checked by staff. Items were filled only when asked. »
