« This guest house is conveniently located on the north side of Indianapolis. I enjoyed being close to so many shops and restaurants. The house was just what I needed for myself, but it would be great for a couple too. The complimentary snacks and coffee were such a thoughtful touch. It's cozy and homey, very spacious, and beautifully decorated. There is narrow road leading to the house. A beautiful place for vacation. »

« We had a great stay at Bill’s guest house for our family of four. We enjoyed the fishing (and swimming) -the pond is well stocked. Bill is a great host; he communicated proactively and easily. He is very generous - had bait in the fridge, offered we use his fishing poles s well as plenty of wood for the fire pit.
