« Everything you need. Doesn’t have Wi-Fi or good signal for your phone but it didn’t bother us as we were out and about exploring the surrounding countryside. I would recommend if you want a peaceful holiday. »

« Home from home..it was a beautiful little cottage, parking was a bit awkward at times but overall,a pleasant stay. Would come back. Reason for 4 out of 5 cleanliness was there were lots of cobwebs which to be fair that was only down fall. »

« Very nice and comfortable week long stay at the above, 3 adults and 2 border collies. Ideal location for what we wanted, within 1 minute walk through rear gate and amongst the dunes. Although the elder dog is 13.5 years old, soon as we mentioned 'walk' she manages to stand after a spinal injuries 2 years ago, but to see her face light up when she gets onto the sand, with the youngerone tormenting her slightly, they both really enjoyed there holiday as well. May well try to rebook for next year...

« Fabulous cottage in a beautiful location. A lovely vegan welcome pack was an unexpected surprise. The only negative for us was it did smell of dogs and there were dog hairs on the sofa other than that the cottage was clean and had everything we needed. »

« The Lodge has everything you need for a peaceful getaway. It’s modern and comfortable and overlooks fields so completely private with hot tub, fire pit and bbq all ready to use The Nags Head pub does good food and is walking distance. Our Host David is lovely and put up a Happy Birthday Banner for my Hubby nice touch ⭐️ »

« Comfortable and spacious accommodation, met our needs as a base from which to explore the north and west Norfolk coasts. Nice house. Lovely sunsets across the road from the living room window. »

« Property was exactly as listed if not better the garden was great , but above all the local info we received from Dave & Helen before our visit and on arrival was fantastic. Thanks for a really lovely week. »

« Second time staying at this property and just like before it was fantastic. The property was lovely and clean and brilliantly equipped with everything you need making it a real home from home. Self catering is really easy as the kitchen is fully equipped including ample fridge and freezer space. With the added convenience of having a dishwasher and washing machine. For those travelling with younger children there is a travel coat, high chair and steriliser too.The beds were all comfy and plenty...

"The team at reception and at the restaurant (dinner, breakfast) were professionals and very kind. There is a big issue with housekeeping : we stayed with a baby during 5 nights and we had to show we were upset: then they cleand our room ! In fact they never used the vacuum (but we asked for because the room was very dusty ) snd they made the befs only once in 5 nights !!!! 200 euro per night : the cleaning doesn’t deserve this money !!!!"

"Le lieu est absolument magnifique, la propriété, le parc, les arbres. En revanche les lieux de restauration ont clairement besoin d'un manager. Malgré le nombre conséquent de personnel, le petit déjeuner n'était pas régulièrement fourni. Les employés sont cachés à droite à gauche, occupés à plier des serviettes en discutant ou en consommant des bouteilles cachées dans les placards... Un soir nous avons attendu 1h notre commande de repas alors que nous étions avec 2 enfants. C'est vraiment dommage car le lieu est magique et mérite mieux. "
