« A fabulous cottage for our purposes. It was surprisingly spacious and more than comfortable for the 6 of us (4 adults, 2 kids). It has a very pretty little backyard where we sat and enjoyed some early evening sunshine. Would definitely stay again. »

« The property is in a lovely location providing a relaxing stay in the countryside overlooking a small pool frequented by wildlife. The is plenty of space for 4 people and all amenities provided for your stay. It is made clear that there is no WiFi at the property, but also the phone signal is quite variable, so just be prepared for this when staying at the house. « An absolute gem. Pet-friendly, lots of room, plenty of things to do, huge garden with several seating areas, bbq, covered lounge area and fire pit plus plenty of outdoor games for all ages. « We loved our stay, the cottage is exactly the same as the one I stayed in regularly as a child. So the staircase could be challenging for some people. But the cottage itself is fully equipped and very comfortable. The distance to anywhere is short (but you need a car) however I would recommend taking your bikes as there are plenty of lanes and countryside to take full advantage of. While there we visited Holt, Holt Country Park, Sherringham, Sherringham Park and of course a seaside day at Cromer...

« We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cottage. You truly cannot beat the location—it’s just a stone's throw from the beach and the dunes, which made for some incredible morning walks.It is 100% dog-friendly and our dog loved it as much as we did!
