Exceptionnel

Une vraie maison pour le prix d'une chambre d'hôtel! Avec terrasse équipée d'un jaccuzi et balcon donnant sur un parc ornithologique. Nous étions a Parc City pour les 2 derniers jours de notre circuit parcs nationaux en vue de faire du shopping dans l'outlet mais serions bien restés un peu plus longtemps tant nous nous sentions bien dans cette maison.

Very Spacious

Townhouse was large, roomy, and well-stocked with everything you could need. The only complaint was that it was so hot in there when we checked in. The air wasn't even turned on and all the blinds were open with the hot sun streaming in through all the huge floor-to-ceiling windows. I know it's rare that it's over 90 degrees in Park City but during those times that it is, housekeeping really should shut the blinds and leave the a/c on so it is at least comfortable when people check in. It took over 4 hours for the place to cool down enough to even be close to comfortable. We also had a problem with the smoke alarm beeping with a low battery all night during our last night there. The staff was very apologetic and let us have a late check-out of 1:30 p.m. which was appreciated. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay there again.

Very Good

It was great. The hot tub was awesome. The only thing I wish would have been to have a queen bed instead of the 2 twin beds. I'm over it, but my wife was sad about being apart on vacation.

Love love love!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Slept 5 adults - could have had more. Jacuzzi on the patio was the best. Will DEFINITELY be back!

Family get away

It was wonderful. We stayed there with our 5 boys and niece and it was perfect. Perfect location for shopping and Olympic park. The kids loved the hot tub on the patio and we loved our privacy. Everything was wonderful in Park City except for our experience at Jupitor Bowling Alley. We were treated horribly. I would not take your kids there.

Fantastic Weekend

Townhome felt like home away from home. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. Loved the surrounding area with the preserve right behind. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. Only opportunity is the pool and hottube could have been a bit cleaner

Great Service!!

Stayed in a condo and was very impressed with the space and cleanliness. There was also plenty of bathroom space and our own private jacuzzi on the patio! Will most definitely stay here again.

Wonderful townhouse for a great price

We stayed in one of the townhouses very close to the hotel and the shopping area. There are tons of restaurants in the area, and the townhouse was beautiful. Modern kitchen with plenty of dishes/pots/pans for cooking. Two beautiful bedrooms with beautiful, modern en suite bathrooms. Hot tub on the deck! We were told that the second bedroom had two twin beds, but they were pushed together and made up like a king, which was great because we had two adult couples staying there. Full third bathroom downstairs. Garage, which was great because we felt comfortable leaving our skis in the car overnight. Was able to get the hotel's wi-fi from our living room because we were so close, but not all units have wi-fi since they're individually owned. You can go into the hotel's lobby and use their wi-fi for free though. Plenty of towels for our five day stay. Right by the Canyons and ten minutes from Park City. Would absolutely stay there again.

Was a nice place to stay

It was a nice stay. I wished it wasn't in the middle of a commercial district. I was there on the off season but would not go when it's busy.

Great Stay!

This was a great place to stay! Very comfortable for my family of 6. The hot tub out on the deck was a huge hit! The view of the mountains was great and we loved the walking path just out our door. Everything was great, we are planning to return

Awesome!!

Very clean, great service, hot tub was somewhat small...but nice, location of townhome was cool...backed up to wild life preserve and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, summer rate was great. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect mini-vacation!!

Our family of six needed a quick weekend away, and this was a perfect fit. The kids loved the hot tub and my husband and I enjoyed the huge master suite and gorgeous views!!! To bad we had to leave!!

We love Newpark!

We love Newpark! This is the fourth or fifth time we have stayed in the condos and they are always so comfortable, spacious, clean and the staff is great.

Excelent option for an all purpose ski vacation

For second consecutive year, we just had the perfect ski vacation. Weather and snow conditions were perfect but even with potential diffficult conditions, this hotel offers great alternatives, location and confort. Will return and recommend without hesitation.

Excellence is still alive and well

This is our third or fourth visit to Newpark. We have stayed in the suites at the hotel and in the townhomes. Location is EXCELLENT. You can walk to a number of good restaurants and Tanzer Outlets are just across the main road. The staff here restores my faith in humanity!! I left my Kindle and did not realize it until the day after we got home. I called and talked to Dez, who was very pleasant. She said she would call me back as soon as she found out from housekeeping if they had it. Sure enough, she called me back and said she would send it along with another item I had left. Fedex showed up today with both! I am very grateful to all the staff at Newpark but particularly housekeeping and Dez. My husband and I will continue to be loyal to Newpark.

Great location to nature trail!

It was a nice getaway; however, there was no air conditioning. Luckily the mountain breezes in the evening cooled down the townhouse. It was very unpleasant during the day.

Great town homes for weekend ski trip!

Very nice stay at unit 31 in the Newpark town homes. Very comfortable beds, nice amenities, great kitchen, perfect hot tub for two and within walking distance to several nice restaurants. Use Marty's to rent skis.
