« Lovely property in a really cool historic building! Host was communicative and very helpful during scheduling and check-in. Thoughtful touches like a blanket in the living room and ear plugs on the nightstand, very comfortable couches and beds. Main St was much louder Friday and Saturday nights than we expected for a winter weekend, so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to noise when sleeping. Overall, a great experience! »

Much of what we needed was within walking distance, with more restaurants, groceries, etc just a short drive across the river in Wisconsin. The patio area was a great resting/relaxing area.The Dalles Cafe next door was a wonderful perk to start our day…the staff was more than kind.Suggestions: Having a box of Kleenex or two, some written instructions on television operation and some music options for the room and possibly the patio.We will return when we stay in the area again. »
