We really loved the different layout and open space. The natural lighting was wonderful. Could use some mirrors in the rooms, better show head upstairs and a hand towel rack. Absolutely everything else was terrific! Clean and very easy transactions.

Communication is decent, location is great, and plenty of size but lots to be desired. Floors were dirty
we don’t wear shoes in the our home and did the same here, feet turned black on the bottom. There was a significant leak under the main kitchen sink when using it. The only way to the kitchen is up a somewhat sketchy spiral staircase made of PVC??? Loud, squeaky, and moves when used but i guess it’s safe-ish
wouldn’t want to see my parents attempt to navigate it. This should be CLEARLY communicated in the listing. It’s not. Those are the big things. Some minor items I’d like to highlight is the number of towels. One sm-medium towel per guest and no hand towels or rags isn’t really enough. Two of each would be sufficient. There are zero mirrors other than the sink mirrors in the bathrooms. There is ample room and opportunity to place at least one full length mirror so people can take a look at themselves before heading out. Vain, maybe, but i think most people would agree this is a very simple upgrade that’s almost expected. Every hotel room has one. It’s not aggressively loud but will absolutely hear people pretty much 24 hours a day. Be prepared with a fan app on your phone. It’s barely spring so we didn’t really care but the pool and pool area looked unkempt. Both were full of debris. The check in procedure was a bit cumbersome with multiple links via email and text to submit my information to include a picture of my card with all but the last four numbers covered

Cute place

The property was cute, but the bar at the corner of the street was packed- people were in the street so we couldn’t use it to get to the apartment (it was Decadence week so probably usually not that bad). Also, the spiral stairwell in the apartment was wobbly. Otherwise, no complaints. I would still recommend the property and host. We enjoyed the VRBO.
