« So, this is my second stay here. I was here just 6 months ago and had a bit of a different experience this time . Parking and getting to the lobby is easy here, and checking in went fast and smooth. I was given my room keys and off I went . « I didn’t like the staff at all, very rude and inattentive. I waited for 20 minutes to get checked in bc she was outside smoking. When I left I was trying to talk to a manager but again nobody was at the desk and I rang the phone and bell and nobody came. I got tired of waiting and just left »
