« I wish I had the name of the lady running the check-in/front desk when we checked in (06/19/2026 at approx 9pm). She was the nicest, most helpful person I have dealt with in a very long time. We got in later than we wanted and she went out of her way to make sure we were able to order from their lounge, made calls for us, just was so polite and helpful. The staff at the lounge/bar were also great. The rooms were clean, and the property seems well maintained. I'd absolutely stay here again and...

« I saw bedbugs or ticks in my room, making my stay very uncomfortable. The staff is incredibly nice. The maid cleaned my room and freshened everything after only one night. The building has definitely seen better days. It is probably time to knock it down and start from scratch unfortunately. Especially while you have such great staff to maintain it. »
