« We arrived early to see if we could check in early. We were told that rooms would not be ready until 3:00, due to a large turnover from the night before. We did something else and returned shortly after 3:00. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in and we were all told that rooms were not ready yet. Nothing was available until 4:00!
