« The hotel restaurant was great. Food and drink was excellent. I loved the atrium and the pool area. Only problem was the loud rude group of men in the jacuzzi. Room very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to families. »

The staff not only was unhelpful but left me (a woman traveling alone with children) in an unsecurable room and did not help. We ended up leaving and booking a hotel elsewhere. « The room was clean, the staff was nice, but there were a couple of hitches. There was no soap in the shower, so I had to use the bar of hand soap. Also, my key cards stopped working on the second night of my stay for some reason, but they helped to reactivate them. Breakfast was pretty decent, bed was good. Overall, pretty nice. »

« For an older hotel, it was clean. However, entering the room it smelled like there had been five day old Chinese takeout in the trashcan, very unpleasant. The entire room had a smell. The bed pillows were small and square like the pillows you would find on a sofa just covered in pillowcases. It was fine for the 10 hours that I was there but I will book something else next time. »

« We arrived and at check in, I was asked to pay for the room when I had already paid for the room at the time of booking. I told the front desk person that it was already paid for but he insisted that the charge didn't go through. I paid at the front desk for the room. I then saw BOTH charges appear on my statements. I contacted the hotel and was told it was a hold and needed to wait 7 days. It is the 7th day and the charge is still on both cards. The room smelled of mold and the bathroom was not...
