I booked 2 units so that my family could rest and relax in two apartments before our overseas trip later that night. Front desk was unaware of pending arrival and when they found our reservation, insisted that I provide proof of payment to Expedia. The TVs were not connected to any cable channels and after 2-hours of their tech person trying to resolve the issue, he never came back. We did not have gas to cook with at first and they brought it after we informed them. The hot water heater works, but you have to wait about 2-hours before the next person can get hot water also. Internet service was slower than dial-up and we just gave up on it. We lost power (electricity) about 3-times and in one of the units it took them 1-hour to refill the prepaid power. The elevator is not covered by their backup power so taking the elevator was very risky. Overall I didn't get what I paid for and I will never stay with them again. Buyer beware because we spent a good 2 hours just trying to get the basic amenities listed on their Expedia listing.
