The open-concept living area provides plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment, featuring plush seating, a cozy gas fireplace (available during off-season only), and large windows that offer views of the sound from all over the house. Each of the five bedrooms offers comfortable bedding along with a private bathroom, ample storage space, and act as the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the area. With five full bathrooms, everyone can enjoy privacy and comfort throughout their stay. Looking for a rainy day activity? The home has a game room with a pool table to guarantee hours of fun and friendly competition. Plus, as a guest of Sandpiper's Retreat, you'll enjoy access to the Village Beach Club, where you can soak up the sun on beach or spend the afternoon at the community pool. Exploring the OBX: Situated in the heart of Nags Head, you're not far from places to eat and visit while you're in town. The town is a great spot outdoor activities, and offers a wide range of activities such as fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, kiteboarding, and hang gliding. Guests can explore the area through hiking trails, wildlife refuges, and guided tours, and don't miss a chance to catch a sunset from high-atop Jockey's Ridge.
Beach Access: Just a quick drive to the beach! Turn out of the driveway onto W Seachase Drive. Cross the bypass (Hwy. 158) onto Epstein St. Head south to the Town Hall beach access. The access offers a paved parking lot, a wooden walkway to the beach and lifeguard (in-season).
No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets Allowed.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
