« Staff was awesome and friendly but we couldn’t get a quiet nights sleep. I believe there was an army graduation ceremony the weekend we stayed and it seemed like there were very booked and every night people in and out until 12am, every time their room door closes it slams and you can hear it and feel it throughout the whole first floor it was enough to wake you up. It was very annoying. The guests had no courtesy. I don’t think the staff could do anything about it, not their fault. Also there...

« Bathroom had two bugs in the tub, and bathroom felt like a sauna heat room never got cooled. Breakfast in the morning was horrible should of been pippin hot, grits were hard as a rock, it should of been a free buffet instead of $29 only ate there one day instead of all three day witch should of been the best breakfast 🍳 ever. But other than that no complaints!!!? »

« Hotel vraiment bas de gamme. Propreté laisse à desirer. Déjeuner très très limité et à vrai dire presque rien. Je n'y retournerai pas et je ne recommande pas non plus. »

« There were no blow dryers. The staff told me that they do not have them even though I have stayed at several and they do have them in the rooms. Other than that, staff was friendly. The bathroom shower was not cleaned very well. »

« We were told we could only have one towel person and if we wanted new ones we had to bring our old ones and exchange it. We stayed for 4 nights and not one time did housekeeping come. We ran out of toilet paper! Lights didn't work in the bathroom. Beds weren't even made properly upon arrival. When we called about a water issue we were informed the manager was mad for being called. We just wanted our hot water work. Pool was extremely dirty and lobby trash cans were over flowing every day! »
