« I’d never stay here again. First the gave us a room with filthy bed sheets (stains etc). I asked to be transferred which took almost an hour since they only have 1 staff cleaning or checking the rooms. Finally, we got a room on the higher floor and upon checking the bed sheets, there’s a strand of hair (short so you can assume). I have no choice but to take it. « This is not a hotel but a combo so not advisable for business travellers and short stays (no drinkable water in room, soap dispensers empty so had to buy my own, no iron table). You end up renting a flat managed by 3rd party: no wifi in common areas (nightmare for Grab taxi), checking in took ages (staff asking for a tag i never got). »
