La atención de la chica que nos recibió en la noche excelente, excelente comunicación, excelente humor, buena atención, sin duda alguna excelente. La de la mañana también muy buena y servicial sin duda alguna lo visitaré por mucho más tiempo en mi próximo viaje. Gracias.

The property was was small, big enough for two people, the main issue was the WiFi. We stayed in the 5th floor and had no WiFi for our whole stay. Even downstairs the WiFi was spotty

I LOVED my stay here. The unit was super clean, I had a small kitchen with anything that I could possibly need, AC/heating, a big window/balcony, a comfortable and clean bed, and a TV with access to Netflix! The check-in process was online and very easy, the staff were quick to respond to my emails, and I found that when I arrived, the staff were very welcoming and kind. I felt super safe and comfortable throughout my stay here, and I think it's the perfect place for solo travellers! :)

Great apartment in a very handy location
Very well located and recently refurbished building. Staff very friendly and apartment very spacious. Can be a bit noise because of the tram nearby.

Helpful front desk, clean property, good location. Being close to downtown also means noisy 24/7.

Good for a few days - great location
The property has a lot of positive points. It is in a great location and next to the station. Alessandro was amazing with communication before arrival and during, as were the rest of the reception staff. Very clean and kitchenette had everything in it. Negative points: Lift was out of order for 1.5 days of our 2 day stay. We had to walk up and down 5 floors. We had a studio but the bed was the most uncomfortable ever. It should not be given anyone to sleep on. There is no support, it is small, lumpy and gave us back pain. The terrace we had was lovely but there was some sort of a wasp's nest which meant we could not use it or open the doors. Lots of mosquitos in the apartment too and we were covered in bites from head to toe. It is good for a few days but we would not stay again due to the bed mainly. Codes are also not released until 3pm which can be stressful as if you arrive 10 minutes earlier, they make you wait! Not made clear from communications that code will only be released at 3pm.

aLa Ubicacion es muy buena pero tuvimos un problema, los llavines de cada habiacion son electronicos, una noche que nos disponiamos a salir el llavin no funciono y nos quedamos encerrados en la habitacion, comenzamos a llamar a recepcion son la gran sorpresa que no habia nadie, estan de 9am a 6pm lo que significa que en las noches si alguien tiene algun problema no se puede solucionar hasta otro dia, esto nos molesto muchisimo dado a que nos quedamos encerrados en la habiacion toda la noche sin poder ir a cenar ni salir!!!! es algo inaceptable que nadie nos pudiera ayudar en toda la noche hasta el dia siguente.
