« Great little place to stay whilst attending a wedding at nearby Lake Henry. The lodge is immaculately clean and finished to a high spec. We received a fab little welcome pack too which meant breakfast on both mornings were sorted for us. It is so quiet and dark which enabled a great nights sleep too »

« The property is down a 3 mile track that needs to be driven down with care as it is narrow with few passing places, personally we had no issues with this. The property was clean, modern and well equipped. The silence was deafening but was most welcomed, the beds were immaculately clean and comfortable. We went out everyday to different places, so found lots of things to do. Our dog loved the venue and was able to go in every pub in the area, most places are dog friendly which was a bonus. The...

« Our weekend in this cottage was comfortable and cosy. There was plenty of space for the two of us and it would be excellent for families as there are two lounge areas, one very spacious on the top floor. We appreciated the efficient log burner and were provided with all the equipment we needed. The views were lovely with one side looking over a field with horses, alpacas and pheasants. « The perfect remote get away, situated in a valley with perfect views of farms and hillsides in every direction there is no better place to become removed from the world, the hosts were friendly and the cottage was perfect for a couple or a single stay. there is nothing you can say that goes against this location. the only thing i would take on board is it is the very definition of isolated. there are no local shops, signal or places of urban life. but this is exactly what we needed and enjoyed,...
