It has a large balcony with chairs that invites you to enjoy your stay in Miami.
It is located just a 2-minute walk to the beach. There is also a free shuttle service to and from the beach approximately every 20 minutes between 9AM and 6PM. Subject to weather variations.

Heated pool next to the canal. Exclusive view from the pool. Use: from sunrise to sunset.

Complimentary beach service provided by Esteban’s Place from 8AM to 5 PM: 2 chairs and 1 umbrella on the beach at the location indicated at the Front Desk. Subject to availability. First come, first served.

Fitness Center: 8AM to 10PM.

Package Room: If you are sending a package, please make sure it arrives within the duration of your stay. Pick-up time is between 8AM and 5PM. Victoria Rentals is not responsible for the partial or total loss or damage of any of the packages received by the Condominium before, during or after the duration of your stay

The guest has access to an amazing pool next to the intercoastal, from where you can typically enjoy a view of the life at this beautiful canal.

Guests are invited to use the Gym, which also has a great view of the intercoastal.

Ice Machines can be found on floors 7, 11, 16, 20, 24 and 28 and Vending Machines on floors 7, 10, 15, 22 and 27, services provided by the condominium.

Services such as Wi-Fi, valet parking, restaurant, common areas of the condominium, gym, pool, usage of the elevator, ice provision, shuttle to and from the beach, beach service, customer service at the Front Desk, condominium security staff, package delivery service; among others. The quality, continuity, discontinuity or failures of these services are not part of our service and we will not be able to reimburse for any disagreement that may arise during your stay.

We do love animals, however, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in our premises.

If something goes wrong, please talk to us.

We understand that sometimes something can accidentally break. We have to replace/repair in order to get the apartment ready for the next guest. We would appreciate it if you let us know immediately through this means, so we can quickly find a replacement. Otherwise, we will detect it when you leave the property, Airbnb will be informed about the broken item and Airbnb will charge your account for the "item value + shipping cost + replacement service". It might be less expensive if you let us know in advance.

Apartments may have vinyl wood flooring, ceramic or carpet, depending on availability you can get any of these flooring types in our apartments.
All our units are very luminous and are built with impact windows.

All apartments have the same layout, square footage and main furnishing. Victoria Rentals reserves the right to assign an apartment in a different floor or orientation than offered in the listing’s pictures, according to availability at the time of the check-in. However, we guarantee that the layout, size of the property as well as the advertised equipment will not be altered.

Room Views:
Please note that all units have open wide views of the intercoastal waterway. All apartments are located on the third floor and above. Views of the units may vary, the photos in the listings are for general purposes and show the two types of views available: North and South.

General Condominium Rules
•⁠ ⁠The person in charge of checking-in must be at least 21 years old.
•⁠ ⁠Only guests previously registered in the reservation will be allowed to enter the apartment. For security reasons, unregistered visitors are not allowed to enter the floors or apartments. Neither is access to food delivery or merchandise delivery. In such cases, the guest must wait for their order in the reception hall of the Condominium.
•⁠ ⁠All guests 14 years old and older have to wear a Beachwalk wristband for the duration of their stay.
•⁠ ⁠Non-Smoking Building and Rooms
•⁠ ⁠Parking (valet parking) Price per night:
Stay 1-7 nights $28+tax
Stay 8-14 nights $25+tax
Stay 15-21 nights $20+tax
Stay +21 nights $15+tax

• Resort Fee: please be aware that the condominium Beachwalk Resort charges to all rentals a daily fee. Please note this fee shall be paid at the Front Desk upon arrival.
Herein the fares, apply accordingly to your stay length:
$30 per day for stays of 1–6 days
$25 per day for stays of 7–15 days
$20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
$300 per month for stays of 30 days.
Stays exceeding 30 days are charged $300 + $10 per additional day
• Please be informed that a security deposit of $250 will be held at the check-in. Credit or debit card will be required. No cash will be accepted. The amount will be reinstated to the card at the end of the stay, provided there are no damages to the property or no rules violated.
•⁠ ⁠Elevator: is meant for all users: staff and guests. Please be patient with waiting times, especially during peak times which are usually around check-in (4PM) and check-out (10AM)
•⁠ ⁠The maximum number of guests allowed indicated in the listing is suggested based on the number of beds. However, 1-bedroom apartments (with a maximum of 4 guests) only have 1 king-size bed in the master bedroom, and a couch in the living room. Please note that the couch in the living room is suitable for sleeping 2 small children, not adults. We recommend inquiring about apartments with more bedrooms if you need to stay with children over 8 years old.
•⁠ ⁠The weather in Miami can be a great attraction, although it can also be quite humid. Please do not leave the doors or windows open at any time, as this will damage the air conditioning equipment. Humidity will also enter and settle inside the property. The apartment must remain closed and the air conditioning on at all times. You can adjust the temperature to your preference using the thermostat located inside the property.
