« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »

« The elevator did not work after a fire alarm went off - according to staff there is a contract dispute with the elevator company and they have not responded to numerous requests by the hotel.
This is a hazard that should not hapoen because of a contract dispute. Patrons would have to walk all the floors with their luggage due to an elevator issue . This is dangerous someone at a higher Hotel mgmt should get this resolved. Unsatisfactory. »

« Disappointed. We booked 4 rooms next to each other (I do want to say the staff at front desk was very friendly, however). We had 12 little girls on our stay, as this was a girl scouts overnight trip. The photos online were misleading.
