Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Any breach of the noise regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE.
We can NOT accommodate any type of event. No parties, weddings, hens/bucks' weekends or functions etc. Any breach will result in eviction.
RUBBISH
Upon departure all rubbish inside must be placed into the outside council bins. If it is bin night during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed out on the kerbside. The bin night for your property is advised in your pre arrival email. You will be charged a minimum AUD $300 if excess rubbish is left at the property or if the garbage bin is not put out on bin night as requested.
SMOKING
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. If you smoke, please do so outside. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies. Also, DO NOT leave cigarette butts anywhere in the gardens, planters etc. If butts are found on the premises a $150 surcharge is applied if we find cigarette butts anywhere.
SECURITY
To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property, All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you leave the property during your stay and upon departure.
KEYS
Any loss of keys or remote controls has to be reported to us immediately. The following charges apply for the key replacement. Normal keys $60 each, Change of locks up to $1000.
It was the booking guest's responsibility to read our terms and conditions prior to booking. Therefore, by confirming your reservation you agreed to adhere to our below terms. The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
Any breach of house rules in general, can result in eviction and loss of bond.
* Instant booking with no reviews please send request first.
* Government-issued ID may be required.
* No unregistered guests allowed on the property at any time.
* Guest is strictly forbidden for any parties or event held in the property, if we found any house rules are broken by the guests, host will have the rights to request guest to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the property immediately with penalty fines for any lost or damages causes in the property or the building.
* Excessive noise will not be tolerated; Must remain quiet after 9.00 pm and before 8 am. You will be evicted immediately if we are called out because of noise complaints, disruptive behaviour or disturbance with no refund of rent and your security bond.
* Please leave the property in clean & tidy condition. Clean the oven and kitchen after use, otherwise $60 applied. Over and above general cleaning charges will deducted from the bond if the property is left dirty or there has been damage caused.
* Do not leave excess rubbish behind. Ensure empty all bins inside the house and take away all excess rubbish. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind.
* Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
* Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out.
By booking you agree that you have read and agree to comply with these rules, failure could result in loss of your deposit and /or being asked to leave the property.
