« We wanted a place to say where all our kids could do what they loved. This place nailed it, fishing for our teen, swimming for the younger kids and a boat for the paddle family to enjoy. Plenty of room for our family of 7. If we had more time we would have definitely used the fire pit for s’mores. »

« Amazing! Had steak on the grill and breakfast the next morning. Eat our breakfast out on the deck, looking out at the beautiful lake. Clean, peaceful and had everything you needed. »

« Our stay at the splash inn was one of our best vacations yet. The beach was very nice and well maintained, the water was clean and warm. We had a great time just swimming, fishing, and enjoying the paddle boat and kayaks. The lake and sand are perfect for little kids to enjoy time in the water.Very nice and quiet lake community with very friendly neighbors. Can't wait to stay here again. »

« Everything was perfect, we felt comfortable and at ease immediately, laid out in a quiet neighborhood plenty of woods and privacy. The personal touches were perfect and appreciated. We cannot recommend it enough. »

« First off the house is way better than what the pictures present online. She responds very quickly which is always appreciated. The house was very clean and very nice . tons of sleeping areas nice firepit very nice neighborhood right down the street is swimming or fishing and the beach is only 3 minutes away nice location really loved it would definitely stay there again next year. So if you're looking for a real nice place close to water for fishing and swimming activities and look no further...

« The Castaway Resort was exactly what I was looking for. Quiet, clean and cozy. My views of Croton Dam Pond were fabulous and I even got to see some Baltimore Orioles. I went for a week of solitude to spend time weaving on my little workshop loom. I had the peace and quiet I needed to concentrate. The Hosts, Bob and Joy were 100% available and accommodating, and my sweet dog Poppy was completely welcomed. I would definitely return. I'm thinking maybe in the fall when kids are back in...

« The house itself and the hosts were wonderful! The house was very comfortable and had everything that we needed! No issues with the house at all. The walk down to the lake was a bit much, particularly on the way up. It is definitely not accessible for anyone who is handicap and/or can’t do a lot of stairs because they are steep. Also, the shoreline at the house is very dirty, it’s not really conducive for water play which was a bummer for our toddler. Other than these things, it was a great...

« We had the best time,very beautiful home and very clean. The grandkids absolutely loved the beach and the kayaks. Had lots of firewood and gas grill was clean and ready to be used. Loved the deck and the gazebo!! »

« I do not think the pictures actually do this home justice. The views are amazing. There is so much space for kids and adults. The screened in porch was so amazing. The whole family loved swimming and using diving boards. The home was clean and stocked. Very happy with our experience. It was very private and relaxing. 5 »
