Bedroom 3: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Smart TV Ensuite: Roll Top Bath, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Front patio (shared with other properties on-site). Secure enclosed front garden with patio, terrace and garden furniture (furniture available in summer). Back courtyard. Pets to be kept on lead (while crossing shared areas). On road parking. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 steps in the garden.. Starting on the ground floor, you’ll find a welcoming lounge area with a TV (guests to use their own logins for streaming services) and a dining space, perfect for unwinding after exploring. Outside, Cooper’s Cottage offers a delightful outdoor space with both a front garden and a rear courtyard. The front garden provides beautiful views of Cromford village, with subtle lighting switched from the lounge, while the courtyard at the back is a convenient space to let out your furry friend.

Cromford is a charming village brimming with history and character, you’ll find a village shop for your everyday essentials, as well as a local chip shop and several eateries offering a range of options.
