Hi Paul, we are indeed disappointed in the inconvenience caused to you due to your airline's inability to return to Atl. I am confident that Delta would have analyzed all its options before deciding to cancel its flight. Although the hotel was not directly involved with the airline's decision it had a not-so-positive impact on your highly anticipated plans to return home. We hope that you were able to make the very best of your extended stay in the Abacos despite the travel delay! We look forward to your return in the not to distance future.

Hi Tracey, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent visit to the Abaco Beach Resort. I wish to extend a sincere apology for our Front Desk staff for not advising you of the daily deposit that is required at check in. I have shared your concern with the Room Division Director and she has assured me that corrective action has been taken to prevent this from happening to future guests. Additionally, the Resort has underwent tremendous renovation to its product and continues to make improvement where needed and being faced with the high cost of inflation. Management will continue to do our part to keep the cost at a minimum despite the external forces.

Overall, you have indicated that your experience was a positive one, however, you thought that the price for F&B was more than you expect. It is and continues to be Management's goal to keep our prices as low as possible for the benefit of our customers. However, due to the current volatile and inflationary environment that we are all experiencing it has become difficult to contain our overall costs. All food and beverage items are imported onto the island and are subject to government import tax thus contributing to the raising cost. Our goal is to continue to keep price increases to a minimum and pass on those savings to all our guests.
