As for housekeeping, i asked for my room to be cleaned and they told me i missed the 8am deadline, which I had no idea of so I could not get a cleaning, plus the housekeeper on my floor was not nice at all, she did not even try to say let me help you with front desk to get on schedule, for that reason I will not be staying at this...

« Everyone was uncommonly kind to us during our stay. Jay at the desk lent me an umbrella when a sudden downpour interfered with unloading our baggage. He also helped us keep an ice pack frozen. The room was quiet and comfortable. The bed was superb. I would not hesitate to book a stay at Even again. »
