« We arrived at 3 and were told we couldn’t check into 4. That was fine except for the tone and rudeness of the person checking no us in. At four, tried to check in again…was told we had to wait again. I’ve never had to wait past time of check in. We did not get into our room until 4:30. Then at 9:45am we had house keeping banging on our door and came in when check out wasn’t until 11! It’s a shame because it’s a lovely hotel. « Front desk staff was very helpful. My room overlooking the wooded courtyard was very quiet and relaxing. Thank you for having a heated swimming pool and offering delicious coffee and citrus water all the time. The only suggestion I have is to bring in a professional carpet company to fix the carpet in the hallway on the 4th floor. It obviously was installed by someone who really did not know what they were doing and is definitely a tripping hazard. »
