Dar Z5 is a traditional riad combining charm and elegance, offering 2 spacious suites with 2 bedrooms each, as well as a spa annex that can serve as an extra room if needed. The riad can accommodate up to 8 people . The lush patio is home to a stunning pool.

This beautiful Riad is located in the heart of the popular Dar el Bacha, in the medina of Marrakech.
The space
Chambre 1 - Patio :
Suite with 2 bedrooms, Ground floor, direct access to patio. The bedroom offers 2 beds including 1 king size double bed, 1 single bed 90 cm. En-suite bathroom, with shower. Toilet in the bathroom. The bedroom also includes: air conditioning, living room.

Bedroom 2
Suite with 2 bedrooms, 1st floor, direct access to the terrace. The bedroom offers 3 beds including 1 queen size double bed, 2 twin beds convertible into a double bed. En suite bathroom, shared, with bathtub with shower head, shower. Toilet in the bathroom. The room also includes: air conditioning.

Bedroom 3 - Spa:
Bedroom, 1st floor. The bedroom offers 1 single bed 90 cm. En-suite bathroom, with shower. Toilet in the bathroom.

Note:

Room 3 is normally dedicated to the spa (indoor+outdoor), custom classic massages and MyFloyd "signature" massages; there is a private and intimate terrace, with a very protective uv-screen blind. This annex is therefore easily convertible into a single room (see description bedroom 3). It can also be converted to a double room (kingsize), for “tense” cases.
2 cribs and high chairs can be made available to you.
The large sofa in the living room can be used as a comfy, extra double bed.

This oasis in the Medina is close to Djema el Fnaa square and other places in Marrakech: 15 min. from the airport, 30 s. from shops and restaurants, 2 min. from the souk, 7 min. from Djema el Fnaa, 10 min. from classic supermarkets.

As guests of our riad in Marrakech, you will have exclusive and private access to the whole property. You can settle into our three bedrooms, each offering unique charm and luxury comfort.
Also enjoy our welcoming living room, a pretty bhou (Moroccan outdoor lounge) located in front of the pool and ideal for lounging while listening to the birdsong. A fully equipped modern kitchen.
The rooftop terrace enjoys absolute sunshine and lovely views of the roofs of the Medina and the Atlas Mountains. A covered "bioclimatic" terrace is available for meals and a second terrace welcomes you for sunbathing.
