1.the reception lady was so unfriendly. when I went out for sightseeing, I locked my room and left the key at the reception. when I came back to my room around 13:50, I realized that room was not clean. therefore, I asked the reception lady to ask the cleaning lady to clean my room since the cleaning lady is still there. 2. then the reception lady told me that (1) whether I locked my room or not. -->of course yes. (2) whether I asked the reception to clean the room when I left my key at the reception.-->no, I was not instructed like that when I checked in. 3.. then the reception lady told me that since I locked the room but did not tell the reception anything about cleaning service, the cleaning lady did not do anything. 4. I told her that ok, I did not know such rules, but since the cleaning lady is still here, please ask the cleaning lady to clean the room. 5. however, the reception lady told me that it is too late because the cleaning lady's working time is until 14:00 while it was just 14:00 when we discussed this issue. since the reception lady was so rude, I gave up arguing anymore because I know more my arguments, the more her excuse. I have never met such unfriendly reception lady and such strange rules that I am supposed to tell the reception to clean the room when I go out. Please do not waste your money for such a rude reception lady.
